Service Description

A full body massage incorporating heated Basalt stones which instantly relax the muscles, allowing the treatment to work at a deeper level. This is a full body treatment. the session will begin with some short-guided breath work for you mind and body to fully relax and be able to receive the full benefits of this treatment. The hot stones are then moved around the body with the Swedish massage technique and aromatherapy oils. The stones heat from the stones and the deep relaxed state will allow for a deeper pressure to be applied during your massage. The treatment will then finish off with placing healing crystals (charka stones) on your charka points and ending the treatment with some more guided breath work. Hot stones work to relax the mind, ease muscle tension, reduce aches and pains and are placed along the chakras to open up energy pathways. The combination of hot and cold stones encourages your body to detox and heal through increasing your lymphatic flow.
