Holistic Facial Massage gently softens the tight tissues and muscles of the face, drains the lymphatic system, increases blood circulation and cellular rejuvenation and improves the texture of the skin. Before your Holistic Facial, I will begin with a brief consultation to establish your skin type and any problems you would like to address. Every session is tailored to the individual, taking into account the clients overall wellbeing and using products suited to their skin. The session begins with relaxing guided breath work, followed by traditional cleansing and exfoliating. The neck, shoulders and chest are massaged to open and release any tension. An herbal mask and hot towel are then applied, followed by face lift massage and pressure point stimulation. The treatment ends with a deeply relaxing scalp massage to soothe the body into a parasympathetic state.
